Where does GDM3 store the user's DE/WM preference?

Asked by

I would like to change a user’s default window manager / desktop environment using a script but I can’t seem to find where GDM gets the value from.

I’ve done some searching and there’s a few places where it might get it from but they don’t seem to have any affect.

The two most likely were:
~/.dmrc
/var/lib/AccountsService/users/[username]

Any ideas?

You don’t have to join a gym to burn calories. In this, we will show you some ways to workout without hitting the gym or hiring a trainer With the trx for sale.
TRX workout straps are popping up everywhere. These might seem entising with TRX Pro kits going for \$129 but don’t be fooled. Not even whole sellers can buy them at that price. Genuine TRX Pro kits can be identified by a hologram and serial number near the handle.
