Hi.
I decided to try Ekiga in Debian (Lenny) so I lanched it and a configuration wizard began to asks me some information… but it freezes at the second step!!! I can only cancel the configuration, the “next” button is grey.
Is that normal even if I see that there are 10 confinguration steps?

For me there are 8… (Squeeze)
Can you provide us with more details? (What are you seeing? What is it about? Also a screenshot would be very nice…)
But this usually happens when you don’t fill out the required fields… Again, if you show us what you have entered, in that screenshot, it’d be great. I don’t think there is a problem with the Ekiga installed on your machine.

I think there is a problem with Ekiga itself!
The problem is very simple: when you first time launch Ekiga you are requested to configure it in 10 steps (Lenny) at the second one you’re asked to write your name and surname, but you’re not allowed to go to the next step…. if you don’t write TWO words (name & surname), whereas I didn’t want to write my surname. I solved the problem writing just another word! Whay Ekiga require the surname?

I started some hours ago… so I make mistakes (the same for Debian). Anyway I don’t see how to add comments. Can you explain that to me?
Anyway my post seems to me (personal opinion) halfway between a solution and a comment :)
OK:) Anyway under each post of others you see some buttons, such as “Add comment, Pick As Solution” etc. Also, on the left, there is a button for voting up and down. Just take a look at buttons under each post.
